Context

Cityway is the digital subsidiary of Transdev, a world leader in public transport. From a recognised technological and commercial position in France, Cityway sought to accelerate its international development, and asked IMPACT CONSULTANTS to identify and qualify partners able to distribute and integrate its solutions worldwide, with local authorities internationally.

Our response

• First part: identification of 10 candidate partners with whom we established commercial contact
• Second part: opening the share capital to those partners, in partnership with Cambon Partners
• Third part: converting and developing the international commercial partnerships, and seeking external financing

Results

• Growth levers activated
• A negotiation finalised for the sale of the company
