Context

Padam Mobility was a pioneer in technology for demand-responsive transport, improving public transport services for local authorities (standard and reduced-mobility services) and for corporates. Facing better-funded international players such as Via, it had to accelerate commercially and win reference key accounts, while positioning itself with the large public transport operators whose in-house subsidiaries are its competitors.
