Provence Côte d’Azur Events : An innovation platform for the events industry

Context

Provence Côte d’Azur Events launched 4EVENT, a collaboration and innovation platform for the transformation of the events industry in the Sud region. One of the platform’s core aims is to support companies and institutions in the sector through their transformation on critical topics such as sustainability and digitalisation.

Our response

• Design and facilitation of digital-transformation workshops, launched in January 2021 across 4 participative half-days
• A review of practices, inspiration to project forward and a methodology handed over to participants
• A framework for exchange between industry players to launch their own transformation projects

Results

• The workshops brought together 12 participants representative of the region (events agencies, convention centres, tourism promotion agencies) with a 100% recommendation rate - and 4EVENT’s wish to continue the experience.
