Context

Having taken full ownership of Smovengo, the operator of Vélib, Indigo needed to turn the operation around and prepare for the 2032 tender. Impact Consultants, together with Bergmál - recognised experts in the cycling sector (strategy, economics, bike-share operations) - was asked for a transformation, partnership and European development plan.
