Context

Véloce Travel, a booking solution for business travel, called on IMPACT CONSULTANTS to structure its growth. The assignment was built around three collaborative workshops, in which we redefined the market positioning, identified the best distribution anchor and structured the commercial approach to co-build a prioritised, segmented commercial strategy.

Our response

• Our assignment was based on:
• Strategic market analysis: segmentation, positioning, sizing and priority targets
• 3 workshops with the team to establish a strategic positioning, define priority targets and implement systematic commercial processes and structure
• First prioritisation avenues (marketing, sales, organisation) and a short- and medium-term roadmap

Results

• An analysis of key targets and segments to prioritise, with quantified, achievable objectives
• A redesigned commercial methodology, with quantified objectives attached
• The fundamentals of an overall roadmap presented at macro level
