How long does a growth plan assignment take?

The diagnosis and plan-building phase usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. The execution phase, when entrusted to IMPACT CONSULTANTS, runs 6 to 18 months depending on the scale of the roll-out.

Do you work with start-ups or only with large groups?

Both. Our references range from TravelTech scale-ups (Revbell, Mobility Metrix, Véloce Travel) to listed groups (Accor, Compagnie des Alpes, Air France-KLM). The method is the same, the format differs.

Do you work on M&A transactions?

Yes, on the commercial side: target mapping, commercial due diligence, synergy valuation and post-acquisition integration. We replace neither the investment bank nor the financial audit; we bring the Travel industry reading that these transactions often lack.
