What is AMO and how does it differ from project management?

Business-side project assistance represents the business against the technology. Where a project manager focuses on deadlines, costs and delivery, the AMO harmonises business needs and technical constraints, and mediates between stakeholders. This is the role we play on inventory, platform migration and distribution overhaul programmes.

How long does an interim management assignment last?

From 4 to 18 months depending on scope. We have covered interim commercial leadership (La Compagnie), programme, revenue management and pricing leadership (Aircalin) and global transformations (Rail Europe).

Do you need a data programme before doing AI?
