With a solid background in data science, Hélène held several key positions within the Air France group across different departments - Distribution, Airline Data, Revenue Management - where she built her business expertise by leading complex projects and working with cross-functional teams of executives and SMEs.
In 2013 Hélène became Senior Lead Consultant and Head of Airline Products at Conztanz, covering many airline assignments with strong involvement in the IATA NDC (then One Order) programmes. Today she is a recognised solutions expert and a regular speaker.
She is a partner at IMPACT CONSULTANTS, where she puts her team spirit and know-how at the service of our clients.
