Carole has more than 30 years of experience in the airline industry, notably at Air France where she was the Marketing and Customer Experience Director. Carole has a solid experience of marketing and transformation in complex and fast-changing international contexts. She assists companies – transport, telecom, banking – in the creation of new products and services and their operational implementation with a focus on agility, experimentation and co-creation.
