Together with our clients and stakeholders, we have mapped the growth topics and issues where businesses and local communities need help and impact.

This mapping has as a compass, first, the growth "of now" of the actions and customers essential to the growth of the turnover of the current year. And secondly, the growth "for a long time" of commercial investments (strategy, offer, talent, organization, IT, partnerships ...). The ultimate goal of this mapping is to ensure sustainable and financeable growth.

Often or always, you have to have both goals in mind to develop your business or local community. But changes in the market and the external context, as well as in the internal organization, dictate priorities and needs for focus. This is the meaning of this "growth map", identifying priority levers as well as impact needs.

For example, for Q4 2021, we see a widespread and particularly acute need for assistance in revenue management in the fields of tourism, travel and mobility. The aim is to adapt the pricing policy; in an intelligent, flexible and conclusive manner; new constraints and opportunities weighing on supply (limitations, gauges,...) as well as on demand (customer authorizations, distancing from purchases, etc.). We developed with our partner N&C, the right diagnostic and action tools corresponding to maximizing this growth lever.
